Petopia
This pet shop website was created to show off their adorable puppies and other critters.
The client asked for a clean and modern design and for the website to focus on the pets they have for sale. It was built with Woocommerce so that the client would be able to easily update the pets they have available. Some key features of the site include a Facebook feed, testimonials, and coupons/promotions.
I designed the main buttons with a ‘stamp’ pattern similar to the texture of the logo. I chose to use purple as a highlight color to both complement and stand out from their brand colors. I was responsible for building most of the pages on the website. I collaborated with a development team during the build process and they assisted with integrating Woocommerce.

Homepage
The homepage includes a hero slider that automatically scrolls and highlights one photo, caption, and button at a time. The new arrivals section is setup as a masonry grid to accommodate photos of different sizes.
Available Pets
The available pets page allows users to filter the different types of pets being viewed. It also includes a form that users can fill out to request an alert when a certain breed of puppy becomes available.
Each pet’s detail page displays information about the pet and allows users to share via email or social media.
